Well, we are now proud to introduce another tool that will help make your customer experience more enjoyable and convenient. This tool is called Housecall Pro.
You may have noticed a new “Book Online” button on the top of our website. This button will lead you to our Housecall Pro webpage. The Housecall Pro webpage will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently throughout the entirety of their appointment, whether it’s before, during, or after the job is complete.
Before the Job
Housecall Pro allows you to schedule an appointment with us 24/7. It does this by offering a list of our common services as well as pricing estimates. If you don’t notice the service that you want, it will allow you to add a custom order. Once you’ve determined your order, you can schedule a time that works best for you. You will be able to view our scheduling calendar, so you will know what times we have open and which times we already have filled with other appointments. Once you save the appointment, and we get some information from you, we will give you an estimated cost of the appointment.
During the Job
On the day of your appointment, Housecall Pro will send you text messages once your technician is on their way and let you track where your technician is on a live GPS map once they are on their way. This way you can know exactly when your technician will arrive and make sure they are going to the correct place.
After the Job
Once the job is complete, Housecall Pro will immediately send you a detailed invoice. This will allow you to have an electronic copy of your invoice and give you an opportunity to look it over whenever needed. You can also pay your bill with our technician on-site with a credit card or online through the Housecall Pro website. You can then let us know how we did by offering a review of our services.
If you ordered a recurring service, such as a chimney inspection, Housecall Pro will send you a reminder when your next service is due. This way, you will never be overdue for an annual inspection ever again!
