Our Sales Process

Our Sales Process

At TN Fireplace and Chimney, we offer a number of services and products within Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Oftentimes, new homeowners have little experience with hiring a chimney technician to service their home’s fireplace, ventilation, and chimney. Because of this, there may be some questions about the sales process. At TN Fireplace and Chimney, we want to make the sales process as comfortable and stress-free as possible for you. That’s why we want to explain to you our sales process and let you know what you can expect when you do business with us.

Services

If you are interested in a chimney or fireplace service, such as chimney cleaning, maintenance, or inspections, you can simply click the “Book Online” button on the top of our webpages to go to our Housecall Pro Housecall pro logowebpage. Housecall Pro allows us to show the prices for many of the services that we offer. That way, you know exactly what to expect to pay, even before we show up at your door. Housecall pro also lets you view service receipts and pay for our services online. There may be some services, such as an inspection, where we notice an issue with your fireplace. If this is the case, we will make sure we are 100 percent transparent in our repair cost estimates and not tack on any hidden service fees.

Appliances and Accessories

At TN Fireplace and Chimney, we offer a wide variety of appliances and fireplace accessories for your home. If you are looking to install a new appliance you can come visit our shop – located at 3533 Neal Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee – to speak to one of our salespeople or contact us by phone or online. We will discuss your needs and give you an estimate of the cost for the appliance and installation. If you want, we also offer financing on all products and services with no interest charges for 18 months. A deal like that is tough to pass up!

Transparency

At TN Fireplace and Chimney, we require our chimney sweeps to acquire a certification from the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). One component of the certification process requires all our chimney sweeps to take an oath of ethics. For our customers, this means they know that our sales process comes with a promise that we will never try to sell you something that don’t need and that we will be 100 percent transparent about why we are selling a service or product to you and what you are paying for.

If you have any other questions about our sales process, please don’t hesitate to call Knoxville’s only CSIA certified chimney technicians, TN Fireplace and Chimney, at (865) 922-2262 or go to our homepage to chat with a chimney specialist today.
